Pre-op preparation
Blood tests, breast ultrasound, and general health review. Guidance on preparing for the day of surgery.

Surgery
General anaesthesia, 1-1.5 hours. Minimal incisions and precise implant placement according to the plan.

Aftercare & follow-up
Supportive bra for 6 weeks, with close follow-up at day 3, day 7, month 1, month 3, month 6, and month 12.
Frequently asked questions
Are implants safe?
RASA uses imported implants from manufacturers with appropriate FDA Clearance and CE Marking documentation. New-generation cohesive gel shells are designed for high stability.
Do the results feel natural?
Modern cohesive gel implants feel very close to natural breast tissue. How natural the result feels depends largely on selecting a size that matches your physique - something Dr. Kien emphasises.
Can I breastfeed after augmentation?
It depends on the incision and implant placement. Dr. Kien will advise specifically if you plan to have more children.
When does the final shape settle in?
Usually 3-6 months as tissue adapts and the natural curve forms. The first month will feel firmer and sit higher than the final look.
