Human Atlas 3D

Understand structure. See the connections.
A study space for students and physicians.

↓ Explore the model

The Atlas works best on a computer. Rotating and inspecting thousands of small pieces is difficult on a phone; use a computer for detailed study.

The Atlas loads when you reach the model.

Learn from anatomical structure

2,234 meshes, 3,432 concepts and 15 display groups from BodyParts3D 4.0. Display colors aid exploration and do not represent actual tissue colors.

1,067 geometry parts, 793 concepts and 16 display groups from HRA Female v1.10.

Adult male and female reference anatomy, not scans of individuals. Not for diagnosis or surgical planning.

Data sources

Reference learning material for students and physicians. Not for diagnosis, treatment or surgical planning.

BodyParts3D 4.0

The Database Center for Life Science (DBCLS); Mitsuhashi et al.. DBCLS, 2009.

Adult male reference dataset, with 2,234 geometry pieces grouped into 15 display systems.

RASA converted the format, simplified geometry, grouped structures for display and translated the Vietnamese labels.

3D Reference Organ Set for United, Female v1.10

Kristen Browne; Heidi Schlehlein. HuBMAP, 2026.

Adult female reference set covering organs, vessels, nerves and part of the skeleton (spine, pelvis, lower limbs); not a scan of a single individual.

RASA converted coordinates to the viewer space, welded duplicate vertices, simplified geometry (about 1.6 million triangles), grouped structures by system and compiled Vietnamese names.

SPL Head and Neck Atlas release 09/2015, head-neck-2016-09.zip

Marianna Jakab; Ron Kikinis; Surgical Planning Laboratory. Brigham and Women's Hospital, 2015.

Head and neck module with 59 labelled structures on CT. Research and education only; not for diagnosis or surgical planning.

RASA converted the format, built reference 3D geometry, rebuilt three-plane CT images in radiological convention with two presentation windows (soft tissue, bone), corrected millimetre proportions and compiled Vietnamese names.

Visible Human Project Male anatomical images, head and neck

U.S. National Library of Medicine. U.S. National Library of Medicine, 2019.

Colour axial sections from the cranial vault to the root of the neck of the Visible Human Male. Research and education only.

RASA selected 130 head and neck axial sections (2 mm step), cropped them, reoriented them to radiological convention, encoded them as WebP and compiled structure labels at 10 anatomical levels.
