Before you start
Implant card
Provided by RASA after surgery, with the serial number (SN) and validation code for the left and right implants.
An active email
A 6-digit verification code is sent by email. Check your Spam folder if it does not arrive.
Phone with internet
Scan the QR code or visit motiva.health/motivaimagine and register as a patient.
