Evaluation of the outcomes of breast ptosis surgery using the modified Round Block technique combined with septum-based mammaplasty
A case series of 39 patients and 77 breasts operated between December 2022 and January 2024. The modified Round Block technique combined with Würinger septum preservation improved Kirwan grade A to D ptosis while limiting scarring and preserving nipple-areola sensation; postoperative complications occurred in 9 of 77 breasts.

The effectiveness of ultrasound-guided pectoral nerve block with ropivacaine combined with dexamethasone for pain reduction in breast augmentation surgery
A single-blind randomised controlled trial in 60 breast augmentation cases under general anaesthesia. The Pecs block group receiving 0.2% ropivacaine with dexamethasone required approximately 97 µg less fentanyl over 24 hours, reported lower pain scores at rest and on movement, and had a 13.3% rate of nausea and vomiting compared with 30.0% in controls.

Evaluate the efficacy and complications of applying autologous fat grafting to the upper eyelid
An uncontrolled clinical intervention study in 85 female patients and 170 eyes, comprising 62 primary cases and 23 revisions after previous eyelid surgery, followed at 1 week, 1 month and 3 months. Success and satisfaction were achieved in 72 of 85 patients, with 89% of orbits classified as grade I postoperatively. No infection, visual loss or fat necrosis was recorded.
