What you will own
Grow the RASA brand channels and Dr. Le Trung Kien's personal brand across Facebook, TikTok and the Website with a consistent, medically accurate image.
Set the content direction and approve all scripts, captions and videos before publishing; coordinate filming sessions with the doctor.
Plan monthly and quarterly promotion programs tied to core services; track results and adjust.
Manage a team of 5: assign work, control progress and KPIs; oversee ad budgets and performance (no hands-on ad buying).
What we need from you
2-3 years of experience as a Marketing Lead, Brand Manager or Content Team Leader.
Preference for candidates with personal branding (KOL) or aesthetics, healthcare, spa industry experience.
Strong sense for short-form video (TikTok, Reels); good visual judgment to review images and videos.
Solid team management skills; comfortable working directly with doctors and experts.
